Chapter Advisor Boot Camp is a one-day professional development experience designed to support SkillsUSA Massachusetts advisors as they begin the new program year. The event brings advisors together for focused workshops, program updates, practical resources, and conversations centered on building strong, active chapters and creating meaningful experiences for members.

Throughout the day, advisors explore tools and strategies they can bring directly back to their schools, from strengthening chapter organization and member engagement to navigating SkillsUSA programs, opportunities, and expectations throughout the year. Sessions are designed to be useful for both new and experienced advisors, offering a chance to ask questions, exchange ideas, and learn from the experiences of others across the Commonwealth.

Just as important, Advisor Boot Camp creates space for advisors to connect with SkillsUSA Massachusetts staff. By sharing best practices, building relationships, and becoming more familiar with the resources available to them, advisors leave with new ideas and a stronger foundation for supporting their students and leading their chapters throughout the year.
