The Region 1 Leadership Training Conference brings together SkillsUSA State and National Officer Elects from across the Northeast for a collaborative leadership experience in Albany, New York. Through workshops, networking, teamwork, and officer development, participants strengthen the skills needed to represent their associations, connect with fellow leaders, and prepare for a successful year of service.

Held in Albany, New York, the Region One Leadership Conference brings together SkillsUSA State and National Officer Elects from across Region 1 for a focused leadership and officer-development experience.
Throughout the conference, officers participate in leadership training, team-building, networking, and collaborative activities designed to strengthen their ability to represent their state associations and serve SkillsUSA members. Each state officer team also works together to develop, refine, and present its state Program of Work, giving officers experience in planning, collaboration, presentation, and goal setting.
Officers leave better prepared to communicate effectively, work as a team, represent SkillsUSA professionally, and lead their associations throughout the year.
