They guide our organization to ensure on-going stability and support for all members and chapters. The executive director is selected and evaluated by SkillsUSA Massachusetts' Board of Directors. The Board advises leadership on strategic vision and holding them accountable for achieving the SkillsUSA Massachusetts mission.
