The SkillsUSA Massachusetts Apprenticeship Connections program supports the principles of the Pipefitters Local 537 Apprenticeship Program by providing a talent pipeline for pipefitters and HAVC Technicians.

Safety: Protecting lives on the job site through programs that implement safety in the workplace, including workers’ rights, job hazards, protection against chemicals, equipment and dangerous work practice and recognition of safety and health officials at each job site.
Productivity: Do the job right, the first time, and every time.
Training: Serving the training needs of the piping industry. Training is state-of-the-art.

ATG’s registered apprenticeship is providing students the opportunity to develop their career through apprentice, co-op and internship programs across our Service, Parts, Sales, and administrative departments.

SkillSync – Your Gateway to Apprenticeship Success! SkillSync, is a program of SkillsUSA Massachusetts, dedicated to empowering student members by facilitating access to Massachusetts Registered Apprenticeship and Union Apprenticeship programs within our extensive Partner Network.
The SkillSync mission is to eliminate barriers for high school and post-secondary students, enabling them to seamlessly transition into the workforce upon graduating from their career training programs. Supported by a robust coalition of business and industry partners across Massachusetts, SkillSync is committed to nurturing a skilled workforce and ensuring a strong talent pipeline for our future.
As part of SkillSync, SkillsUSA members can earn a diverse array of industry-recognized certifications and credentials. Every completed certification brings students one step closer to enhancing their career success. Additionally, SkillSync opens doors by connecting students with local employers, providing valuable opportunities and real-world work experiences. How it Works
The SkillSync program is supported by business and industry partners from across the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, with a vested interest in developing the talent pipeline and a skilled workforce for Massachusetts.
Through this program, SkillsUSA members in Massachusetts can earn four different certifications or credentials. Each certification or credential that is successfully completed results in members receiving important industry credentials. The certifications include:

OSHA-10
SkillsUSA Career Essentials Fundamentals micro-credential
Career Essentials credential
SkillsUSA Massachusetts also provides opportunities for student members to connect with employers and work sites, as well as meet and interview with companies in the local area.
