Skill Contestant Schedule

3:00-6:00 p.m.	Registration by Appointment at Conference Hotels’ main lobbies.
6:30-7:30 p.m.	Dinner
7:45-10:00 p.m.	Opening General Session, Trade Center. Full attendance and official/proper dress. Nametags required
10:00 p.m.	Contest Briefing Meetings. See Contest Locations for briefing locations
11:30 p.m.	Curfew. All competitors in assigned rooms

6:30 a.m.	Breakfast for Robotics and Automation Contestants
7:00 a.m.	Robotics and Automation contestants will be transported to Blackstone Valley RVTHS
6:30 a.m.-8:00 a.m.	Breakfast at assigned hotels
8:00 a.m.	All skill contestants report to contestant hotel lobbies for transport to contest sites. See Contest Locations for contest locations
9:30 a.m.	Contests begin; lunch for contestants provided according to contest schedule
12:00-12:45 p.m.	Lunch at contest site, advisors’ lunch – Blackstone Valley. Ticket Required. _All grievances are to be turned in at the Northboro Room before 8:00 p.m. on Friday. A contest inquiry committee will be available for information/forms and discussions at 6:00 p.m. in the Northboro Room.
3:00 p.m.	Shuttle service to hotels begin
3:00-5:30 p.m.	Contests end, return to hotel
7:00 p.m.	Dinner at contestants’ hotels
8:30 p.m.	Grievance Committee Meeting, Northboro Room. No Unauthoried Personnel
8:30 p.m.	Social, Trade Center. Sponsored by the Massachusetts Air National Guard
9:00 p.m.	Social Alternative Activity, Movie, Guitar Hero, DDR, and Game Room at Best Western Salons Area
Midnight	Curfew, all contestants in their assigned hotels rooms

8:00 a.m.	Breakfast at assigned hotels
9:00 a.m.	Check-out and room inspection. Chapter Advisor to keep their room to store luggage for entire chapter. All other keys to be turned in and incidental charges to be paid for prior to awards session.
10:00 a.m.	Awards Session begins, Trade Center. Nametags Required. Awards Session Ticket information
