3:00-6:00 p.m. Registration by Appointment at Conference Hotels’ main lobbies. Chapter Advisors pick up name tags and conference materials
6:30-7:30 p.m. Dinner
7:45-10:00 p.m. Opening General Session, Trade Center. Full attendance and official/proper dress. Nametags required
10:00 p.m. Contest Briefing Meetings. See Contest Locations for briefing locations
11:30 p.m. Curfew. All competitors in assigned rooms

6:30 a.m.-8:00 a.m. Breakfast at assigned hotels
8:30 a.m. Employability Skills Testing – All Leadership Events, Occupationally Related Events, and Demonstration Skill Events. Zachary’s Restaurant, Best Western
8:30-9:30 a.m. Leadership contest judges registration and coffee – West Wing Foyer
9:15 a.m. Contests begin. Please refer to Contest Locations page for locations. Note: There will be only one round for all Leadership Events. Leadership events holding room – Princess Ballroom. Demonstration Skill events holding room – Marlboro
12:30 p.m. Lunch for Judges and Contestants, Salons B & C
5:30 p.m. Team Leadership Events Begin – Best Western Hotel.
Opening & Closing Ceremonies: Princess ballroom.
Chapter Business Procedures: Executive (Prep), Corporate (Demo)
7:00 p.m. Dinner, Assigned Hotel
8:30 p.m. Grievance Committee Meeting, Northboro Room. No Unauthorized Personnel
8:30 p.m. Social, Trade Center. Sponsored by the Massachusetts Air National Guard
9:00 p.m. Social Alternative Activity, Movie, Guitar Hero, DDR, and Game Room at Best Western Salons Area
Midnight Curfew, all contestants in their assigned hotels rooms

8:00 a.m. Breakfast at assigned hotels
9:00 a.m. Check-out and room inspection. Chapter Advisor to keep their room to store luggage for entire chapter. All other keys to be turned in and incidental charges to be paid for prior to awards session.
10:00 a.m. Awards Session begins, Trade Center. Nametags Required. Awards Session Ticket information
