| 7:45-10:00 p.m. | Opening General Session, Trade Center. Full attendance and official/proper dress. Nametags required |
| 10:00 p.m. | Briefings. Voting Delegates – Courtyard; State Officer Candidates – Executive Room |
| 11:30 p.m. | Curfew. All competitors in assigned rooms |

All Friday events will take place in the Trade Center unless otherwise specified.
| 6:30 a.m.-8:00 a.m. | Breakfast at assigned hotels |
| 8:30 a.m. | Delegate Session I. Report for Roll Call and Information |
| 8:45 a.m. | Delegate Assembly Business Meeting. Workshop and Balloting for Constitutional Amendments |
| 10:00 a.m. | Delegate Session II. Report for Roll Call and Candidate Speeches |
| 12:30 p.m. | Lunch for all candidates and delegates, Salons B & C, Best Western |
| 1:30 p.m. | Delegate Session II, continued. Report for Roll Call and “Meet the Candidates” Session. |
| 2:30 p.m. | Delegate Session III. Report for Roll Call and Problem Questioning and Candidate Rebuttals |
| 3:30 p.m. | Caucus by School |
| 4:00 p.m. | Balloting for State Officers |
| 7:00 p.m. | Progressive Dinner at assigned hotels |
| 8:30 p.m. | Social, Trade Center. Sponsored by the Massachusetts Air National Guard |
| 9:00 p.m. | Social Alternative Activity, Movie, Guitar Hero, DDR, and Game Room at Best Western Salons Area |
| Midnight | Curfew, all contestants in their assigned hotels rooms |

| 8:00 a.m. | Breakfast at assigned hotels |
| 9:00 a.m. | Check-out and room inspection. Chapter Advisor to keep their room to store luggage for entire chapter. All other keys to be turned in and incidental charges to be paid for prior to awards session. |
| 10:00 a.m. | Awards Session begins, Trade Center. Nametags Required. Awards Session Ticket information |
