State Pin Design
Win a trip to Kansas City!
Create a design for our official state trading pin—if your design is selected as the winner, you will receive a free trip to the National Leadership and Skills Conference at Kansas City, Missouri this June, as well as acknowledgment in the State Leadership and Skills Conference program.
What’s a trading pin?
Every year, each state delegation at the National Leadership and Skills Conference brings with them the state pin to wear on their jacket lapels, lanyards, and even name tags. It is also a tradition at the conference for members from different delegations to trade and collect pins from the other states. It’s a great way to meet new people from different states, as well as obtain bragging rights once all the pins are collected.

The design must be accompanied by the official registration form with all information complete.
