Advisor's Handbook

The advisor’s handbook was created by Minuteman advisor Bonnie Hilla in 1987 to provide chapter advisors with an indispensable survival guide to SkillsUSA Massachusetts’s programs, policies, and procedures. Bonnie was a firm believer in the goals and purposes of the SkillsUSA organization (then known as the Vocational Industrial Clubs of America) and worked very hard to assist each and every student in achieving his or her personal best. Sadly, Bonnie passed away in 1993. SkillsUSA Massachusetts shall always be grateful to Bonnie for all of her contributions to our state association, and have dedicated the Advisor’s Handbook to her memory. She will be remembered with great joy and sadly missed by all.
